In order for us to improve the services we offer, you may be asked after each appointment with the practice to complete our questionnaire. There are just two questions which will only take a few moments of your time.
If you spot any signs of cancer, go to your doctor to get it checked out. You're not wasting anyone's time, and if it isn't serious, your mind will be put at rest. But if it is cancer, early diagnosis can make all the difference. The sooner cancer is detected, the better the chances of successful treatment.

Since April 2015 you can access GP services online, such as; book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and look at summary information of your medical record. Now (or in the very near future) you may be able to view your detailed coded record (DCR). You need to register with your practice to use these services. Please ask at reception.
You could save your own or someone else's life, or help limit the long-term effects of stroke, by learning to think and Act F.A.S.T.
F - Face – has their face fallen on one side? Can they smile?
A - Arms – can they raise both arms and keep them there?
S - Speech – is their speech slurred?
T - Time to call 999 if you see any single one of these signs of a stroke.
